Fix the cause first

If the damage came from a leak, the leak needs fixing before the ceiling does. If it's coming from the flat above, we'll tell you what we found so you can take it up with them or your insurer.

Turn the water off at the stopcock, keep clear of a sagging ceiling, and call us. Our emergency teams aim to reach you within 30 to 60 minutes, day or night. Overnight and bank holiday rates start at £180 + VAT for the first hour.
