Kitchen renovation

We take kitchens from bare walls to a finished room: stripping out the old one, sorting the plumbing, electrics and walls, fitting units and worktops, tiling and finishing off. You deal with one company throughout, and you get a fixed written quote before anything starts.

Bathroom renovation

Full bathroom refits, wet rooms and smaller upgrades: new suites, showers, concealed cisterns, tiling and underfloor heating. Where the room needs it we take it back to the walls, so the pipework and boarding behind the tiles are done properly too.

  • Strip-out and removal of the old suite and tiles
  • Pipework moved or renewed for the new layout
  • Lighting, extractor fans and other electrics by our NICEIC approved electricians
  • Baths, showers, basins and WCs, including wall-hung WCs with concealed cisterns

Ceiling and wall repairs

Water through the ceiling, a section that's come down, cracked or blown plaster, damp-damaged walls. We make it safe, cut out what's failed, re-board or replaster, and leave a surface that's ready to paint, or paint it for you.

Which areas do you cover, including for emergencies?

We carry out renovations and repairs across Central and South East London. Our emergency teams cover Central and Greater London and aim to reach you within 30 to 60 minutes of your call.

Who will actually be doing the work?

Our own team of tradespeople, led by Artem Korostov, who has decades of experience in the trade. Everyone is DBS-checked, in uniform and carries photo ID, and you have a single point of contact throughout.

Are your engineers and builders certified?

Yes. Our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, our electricians are NICEIC approved, and Art Home Renovation Limited carries £5 million public liability insurance.

Do you work for landlords, letting agents and businesses?

Yes. We offer planned and reactive maintenance for landlords, letting agents and commercial property managers, including the safety certificates landlords need: electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) and gas safety records. Portfolio pricing is tailored to your properties.

What should I do while I wait for an emergency call-out?

If there's a leak or flooding, turn off the water at the stopcock to limit the damage. When you call, we'll talk you through finding and turning it off. Keep clear of any ceiling that's bulging or sagging.

How do you price a renovation?

We survey the property free of charge, then give you a fixed, line-by-line written quote, valid for 30 days, with open-book pricing and staged payments. There are no hidden fees or surprise variations: any change you ask for is priced and agreed in writing first.

How much is a call-out?

Smaller jobs are charged by the hour, with a one-hour minimum. Weekday rates start at £90 + VAT for the first hour; evenings, weekends and overnight emergencies cost more. The full table is on our prices page.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Repairs and maintenance carry an 18-month workmanship guarantee on our labour. Products such as appliances and boilers come with the manufacturer's warranty, which passes to you. None of this affects your statutory rights.
